Did Caleyna call you?
Caleyna is a personal AI assistant. She calls businesses for the people who use her, the way an assistant would, to ask a question, check what is in stock, book a time, or reach your team for them.
How her calls work
- She says who she is first. The first sentence anyone hears from her names whose personal AI assistant she is.
- Some calls are silent at first. When a member asks her to reach a person on your team, she works your phone menu with keypad presses, says nothing to your staff, and connects the member the moment a person answers. The person you speak with is the member.
- She keeps to the request. She asks what the member asked her to ask, and she ends the call when she has the answer.
